主要特點(diǎn)：

l 機(jī)械采用PLC全電腦觸摸式顯示熒屏控制，使機(jī)械的開模、合模、上料、加熱、保溫、真空冷卻、脫模頂出成品，實(shí)現(xiàn)全自動(dòng)化循環(huán)作業(yè)。

l 機(jī)械采用優(yōu)質(zhì)型鋼焊接而成，并經(jīng)過時(shí)效熱處理，使機(jī)械強(qiáng)度高，不變形，能承受高密度制品的膨脹力。

l 機(jī)械模腔表面采用特制鋁合金主板，熱傳導(dǎo)效率高，抗拉強(qiáng)度好，壽命長。

l 機(jī)械采用的穿透加熱成型工藝，設(shè)置高壓引風(fēng)機(jī)吸料，冷卻，穿透力強(qiáng)，粘接性好，用汽少，成型塊，含水量低，保證產(chǎn)品內(nèi)外一致。

ADVANTAGE：

l The EPS panel machine is welded by high-quality steel with age heating treatment which can bring a high strength, non-deformation and high resistance to the expansive force from high-density products.

l The machine is controlled by programmable controller with Touch Screen Control System which can realize a full automatic cycle operation of mould opening, mould closing, material feeding, heating, heat preserving, vacuum cooling and extruding-out of finished products.

l The surface of the mould is made of special aluminum alloy panel which can realize a high efficiency of heat conduction, favorable tensile strength and long service lie.

l The machine is integrated with overseas advanced and penetrating techniques for shaping, and a high pressure suction an for material feeding, cooling with a strong penetrability, favorable adhesion, low consumption of steam, high speed of shaping and low water content so as to ensure the uniformity of inside and outside of the product.

l The cassette mechanism in the machine applies a synchronous transmission with a large adjustable range of rise and fall so as to realize its multipurpose application.
