二、 特性
1、 機(jī)頭：采用特殊混合機(jī)構(gòu)，混合均勻不產(chǎn)生氣泡。
2、 混合頭：理性化設(shè)計(jì)，原液在混合腔內(nèi)瞬間能夠得到3段混合，確保產(chǎn)品的混合均勻度。
3、 原料加熱采用導(dǎo)熱油循環(huán)加熱，使原料溫度更加準(zhǔn)確。高精度計(jì)量泵，無極調(diào)速系統(tǒng)，自動(dòng)調(diào)節(jié)配比，準(zhǔn)確度 ±0. 5g
4、 針對(duì)彈性體灌注機(jī)設(shè)計(jì)的原液止逆裝置。
5、 系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機(jī)，采用徹電腦控制，溫 度、壓力、轉(zhuǎn)速顯示控制系統(tǒng)由PC控制完成。所有數(shù)據(jù)在PC上顯示。
6、系列聚氨酯彈性體灌注機(jī)，附有*的真空脫氣裝置，井有雙重脫氣功能。
