Introduction of Working Principle and Scope of Application

The symmetrical or asymmetrical two bucket containers form the “V" shape, and the materials will be separated and combined separately during the operation of V-shaped container, thus to fully mix two materials during this process. V-shaped forced stirring mixer is set with forced stirrer with stirring blade in the V-shaped mixing container, strengthening the mixing process on the separating and combining basis, thus to realize a better mixing effect. This equipment is applicable to pharmacy, chemical and food industries for mixing of two or more dry powder and particle materials.

Characteristics

1. It has dispersion effect to the materials easy to agglomerate during the mixing.

2. It has breaking effect to agglomerated wet materials.

3. The mixing is completed in the sealed container without dust pollution.
