◆ 采用模塊化設(shè)計，整線可分為上磚、裹包、捆扎、碼垛等模塊，瓷磚生產(chǎn)廠家可根據(jù)自身的生產(chǎn)條件與需要，對包裝線進(jìn)行“DIY"，合理優(yōu)化配置模塊，使生產(chǎn)效益
◆ 左右兩邊上磚結(jié)構(gòu)，實現(xiàn)“無間斷上磚"，避免因瓷磚補(bǔ)充造成停機(jī)，確保包裝線的速度和產(chǎn)量
◆ 在國內(nèi)同類產(chǎn)品中采用“一打一備"的打帶方式，使捆扎機(jī)微小故障或更換打包帶時實現(xiàn)不停機(jī)運作
◆ 用于600×600mm或800×800mm規(guī)格的拋光磚、仿古磚等瓷磚的包裝，適合塑料包角及泡沫包裝的紙箱折疊包裝方式
◆ 工位之間的傳送采用同步帶或鏈傳動方式，傳輸速度快、定位準(zhǔn)確
◆ 采用觸摸屏的人機(jī)界面，實時監(jiān)控每個模塊的運行動作，能直觀地對包裝線進(jìn)行操作、調(diào)整及維護(hù)
◆ 降低勞動成本，減少勞動強(qiáng)度，提高生產(chǎn)效率
Characteristics
◆ Design with modules, including tile-inputting, paper-enfolding, wrapping, piling with pallets etc. It can be customized / DIY as per the working environment and requests. To utilize every module and reach the maximum productivity.
◆ Input the tiles from left or right in high efficiency. If one side lacks tiles, it can input tiles from the other side. Assure non-stop input.
◆ “One belt moving, the other belt standby" This invention is uniquely applied in domestic market. It assures non-stop packing even when one belt fails or replaced.
◆ Suitable for polished tiles or glazed ones with 600×600mm or 800×800mm. Suitable for plastic folders and foam when enfolding the papers.
◆ Conveying belts or chains between modules at high speed and accuracy.
◆ Man and machine interface by touch screen. Examine each module in real time. Easy to operate, adjust and maintain.
◆ Lower the labor cost, increase the productivity.
