詳細介紹

A Long Weld Neck Flange is an integral self-reinforcing Flange connection primarily for ASME Pressure Vessel applications. The neck height of the long weld neck flange is higher, which improves the rigidity and bearing capacity of the flange. Compared with butt-welded flanges, the welding workload is larger, the welding rod consumption is higher, and it cannot withstａnd high temperature and pressure, repeated bending and temperature fluctuations, but it is more convenient for on-site installation and can omit the process of welding seam scratching, which is more popular.
