試劑瓶產(chǎn)品特點

產(chǎn)品采用進(jìn)口食品級原料，10萬級凈化車間生產(chǎn)，無生物毒素，可以電子束輻照滅菌和環(huán)氧乙烷滅菌。

進(jìn)口高密度聚丙烯PP/高密度聚乙烯HDPE，抗撞擊力強；聚丙烯材質(zhì)可以耐高溫121℃ 30分鐘高溫滅菌,不變形不泄露；聚乙烯材質(zhì)耐低溫-80℃，不變形，不漏液。

可耐受瓶內(nèi)壓力98kpa,無液體滲漏，滿足航空運輸要求。

出色的耐化學(xué)性能，耐酸、堿、醇，能夠抵抗絕大多數(shù)的化學(xué)物質(zhì)腐蝕。

試劑瓶Reagent bottle采用專業(yè)瓶口防滲漏設(shè)計瓶，密封性好，99%不漏液；瓶蓋帶有測扭力設(shè)計，適用于自動化罐裝線；

規(guī)格齊全，有廣口試劑瓶和窄口試劑瓶，顏色有透明，本白和棕色，棕色瓶能夠減少紫外光透射，保護(hù)光敏內(nèi)容物，高溫及有機(jī)溶劑不脫色，也可根據(jù)要求定制顏色。

The product is made of imported food-grade raw materials, produced in a 100,000-level purification workshop, no biotoxins, and can be sterilized by electron beam irradiation and ethylene oxide.

Imported high-density polypropylene PP/high-density polyethylene HDPE, strong impact resistance; The polypropylene material can withstａnd high temperature 121°C for 30 minutes and be sterilized at high temperature without deformation or leakage; Polyethylene material is resistant to low temperature -80°C, no deformation, no leakage.

It can withstａnd the pressure in the bottle of 98kpa, no liquid leakage, and meet the requirements of air transportation.

Excellent chemical resistance, resistant to acids, alkalis, alcohols, and can resist most chemical corrosion.

Adopt professional bottle mouth anti-leakage design bottle, good sealing, 99% non-leakage; The cap is designed with torque measurement, which is suitable for automatic filling lines;

Complete specifications, there are wide-mouth reagent bottles and narrow-mouth reagent bottles, the colors are transparent, natural white and brown, the brown bottle can reduce ultraviolet light transmission, protect the light-sensitive contents, high temperature and organic solvent do not decolorize, and the color can also be customized according to requirements.
