產(chǎn)品描述:玖城牌沖壓拉伸油是以精制礦物油、減摩劑、極壓抗磨劑等多種添加劑組成。具有較高的油膜強(qiáng)度和較低的摩擦系數(shù)，適合對(duì)防銹有特別要求的鋼板、冷軋板、鍍鋅板、表面處理鋼的立體拉伸成型，產(chǎn)品加工后有一定的防銹期，免去防銹工序，容易清洗。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

能有效減少工件與模具的摩擦，降低磨損。

有助于金屬的滑動(dòng)，利于成型。

高溫狀態(tài)下具有良好的熱穩(wěn)定性。

具有良好的光潔功能，提高加工精度，保護(hù)模具，延長(zhǎng)模具壽命。

具有強(qiáng)韌的油膜，可有效減少劃痕、劃傷、`燒結(jié)焊合、破裂等現(xiàn)象的發(fā)生。

JC Stamping tensile oil is composed of refined mineral oil, antifriction agent, extreme pressure antiwear additive and so on.With high oil film strength and low friction coefficient.It is suitable for solid stretch forming of steel plate, cold rolled sheet, galvanized sheet and surface treated steel with special requirements for rust prevention.After product processing, there is a certain rust prevention period, which eliminates avoid antirust process and is easy to clean.

It can effectively reduce friction between workpiece and die and reduce wear.

It helps the sliding of metal, which is beneficial to forming.

It has good thermal stability at high temperature.
