產(chǎn)品描述:玖城牌全合成磨削液是化學(xué)合成型金屬加工冷卻液，不含礦物油，不含任何硫、磷、氯添加劑，具有優(yōu)異的清洗及散熱功能，內(nèi)含極為有效的多種潤(rùn)滑成份，超高速磨削時(shí)可快速滲透到磨削的部位，抑制氣阻形成，迅速帶走熱量及廢屑，防止工件或砂輪燒傷現(xiàn)象發(fā)生，工件表面光潔度。

產(chǎn)品特點(diǎn):

具有優(yōu)良的冷卻、潤(rùn)滑、防銹、清洗性能，能夠大大延長(zhǎng)砂輪使用壽命，加工工件光潔度高。

濃縮液含且高，使用比例低，抗微生物性能好，工作液壽命長(zhǎng)。

加工時(shí)滲透性好，清洗性好，對(duì)機(jī)床油漆無影響。

防止細(xì)菌生長(zhǎng)能力強(qiáng)，使用壽命長(zhǎng)，維護(hù)成本低。

對(duì)人體皮膚無刺激、廢液易處理。

JC Full synthetic grinding fluid is chemical synthetic type metal processing coolant liquid, without mineral oil, without any sulfur, phosphorus and chlorine additives.With excellent cleaning and heat dissipation, it contains many kinds of lubricating ingredients that are very effective. It can quickly penetrate into the grinding parts, restrain the formation of gas resistance, take away the heat and waste chips quickly, and prevent the occurrence of the workpiece or grinding wheel burn, and the surface finish of the workpiece is very high.

characteristics:

It has excellent cooling, lubrication, anti rust and cleaning properties, and can greatly extend the service life of the grinding wheel and finish the workpiece with high smoothness.

The concentrate has high content, low use ratio, good microbiological resistance and long service life.

Good permeability during processing, good cleaning, no effect on machine tool paint.

It has strong ability to prevent bacteria growth, long service life and low maintenance cost.
