Appliance:
The main function of this equipment is to test the physical and other related properties of the products in the environment of simulated rain, such as electronic and electrical products, lamps, electrical cabinets, electrical components, automobiles, motorcycles and their parts and components. After the test, through the test to determine whether the performance of products meet the requirements in order to facilitate product design, improvement, testing and factory inspection.
1. Meet GB4208-2008/IEC60529:2001 and GB 7000.1-2015/IEC 60598-1:2014 Part 9 (Dustproof,Antisolids and waterproof) which is waterproof test standard of IP65.
2. The test sample will be put or installed on the center of the half-round sinuous pipe and make the bottom of the test samples and the oscillating axis in a horizontal position. During test, the sample would spin around the center line.
3. Can manual default the test parameters, complete testing automatically shut off the water supply and pendulum pipe angle automatic zeroing and automatic eliminate seeper, avoid scale blockage needle tip.
4. PLC, LCD panel test procedure control box, stainless steel curved pipe, alloy aluminum frame, stainless steel shell.
5. Servo drive mechanism, guarantee the pendulum pipe angle of precision, the overall pendulum tube structure for hang a wall.

Features
1、IP65 Waterproof test chamber is applied for workshops,labs.,etc,to proceed with waterproof test of 【IPX5】/【IPX6】.
2、Perfect designs,constitute test chamber and water inlet pipe,cycling use of water,energy conservation and environment protection,save the cost of construction test room.
3、Built-in storage tank,water level float valve automatically controls water and Low-water alarm device,to prevent water pump to be broken since lack of water.
4、Controller:Korea SAMWON TEMI880
5、Spray gun(Airbush) can swing up and down,ａnd the rotary table rotate,it can meet full spray on samples.
6、IPX5/IPX6 spray flow is adjusted by flow meter，manual adjustment.
7、Inner installment have sample power socket（AC220V,10A；IP66 waterproof grade），sample power on/off time can controlled by program：power off（0-999min） —power on（0 -999min）— power off（0-999min ），apply to power on/off when sample is testing.
8、Inner chamber installed waterproof LED light，convenience customers to observe the status of testing.
9、Testing time can setting on touch pannel，time setting range：0-999min（adjustable），testing over，automatic stop.
10、Added“remote operation"function：user can process parameters setting、start、stop、clear data,etc. action on mobile phone or computer。（download corresponding software）.
