用途 uses：

本試驗(yàn)箱主要用于LED、LCM、CMOS、Touchpanel、光學(xué)鏡片、光學(xué)玻璃、光纖等產(chǎn)品的制程烘烤，銀膠的固化、干燥。LED專用烤箱采用靈活可調(diào)節(jié)的隔板，分層高度可調(diào)。條狀的隔板，方便取放產(chǎn)品。 This machine is mainlt uesed for LED, LCM, CMOS, Touchpanel, optical lenses, optical glass, optical fiber product manufacturing process backing, silver adhesive curing and drying. LED special-purpose oven use flexible adjustable diaphragm, layer height can be adjusted. Strip door, easy access.

特點(diǎn)Characteristics:

1.外采用SECC鋼板、精粉體烤漆處理；內(nèi)采用SUS鏡面不銹鋼. Outside uses the SECC steel plate, fine powder paint processed; Inner uses the SUS mirror surface stainless steel.

2.全新耐高溫長(zhǎng)軸馬達(dá). The new high-temperature axis motor.

3.渦輪風(fēng)扇. Turbofan

4.耐高溫矽膠迫緊,美觀無(wú)污染(Heat resisting silica gel seal,beautif and pollution-free).

5.超溫保護(hù),超負(fù)載自動(dòng)斷電系統(tǒng). Over-temperature protection, over load the system Automatic power off

6.循環(huán)系統(tǒng):強(qiáng)制水平送風(fēng)循環(huán). Circulatory system: the level of air circulation forced

7.加熱系統(tǒng):PID+S.S.R. Heating system

8.溫控器:采用智慧型溫度控制器,PID自動(dòng)演算,LED顯示,配合SSR輸出,能精確控制溫度之精準(zhǔn)度Temperature Controller:Use of smart temperature controller,PID automatic calculus,LED display,in line with SSR output,can control the accuracy of temperature accurately

9.計(jì)時(shí)器:溫到計(jì)時(shí),時(shí)到斷電報(bào)警指示. Timer: temperature to time, when the power failure alarm indication.

10.可根據(jù)客戶需求選配玻璃視窗,可根據(jù)客戶指定規(guī)格訂制. According to customer demａnd matching glass window,ａnd can be customized according to customer specifications specified.
