智能化成主流發(fā)展趨勢(shì)
 
從上述機(jī)械制造業(yè)公司的轉(zhuǎn)型之路不難看出，智能化已成為其轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的主流趨勢(shì)，其中機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)則是智能化轉(zhuǎn)型的熱門領(lǐng)域。今年年初，*發(fā)布《關(guān)于推進(jìn)工業(yè)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的指導(dǎo)意見(jiàn)》，明確提出了我國(guó)工業(yè)機(jī)器人產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展的目標(biāo)、方向與方式，為我國(guó)工業(yè)機(jī)器人釋放重大利好。
 
業(yè)內(nèi)人士指出，目前在多個(gè)省份開(kāi)始力推“機(jī)器換人”的背景下，機(jī)器人正代表中國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)結(jié)構(gòu)轉(zhuǎn)型的一個(gè)方向。產(chǎn)業(yè)升級(jí)轉(zhuǎn)型必然會(huì)產(chǎn)生巨大的市場(chǎng)空間，國(guó)外的工業(yè)機(jī)器人廠商早已對(duì)前景廣闊的中國(guó)市場(chǎng)虎視眈眈。abb機(jī)器人中國(guó)區(qū)負(fù)責(zé)人李剛曾表示，“abb對(duì)工業(yè)機(jī)器人的未來(lái)發(fā)展充滿信心，已經(jīng)全面做好準(zhǔn)備迎接中國(guó)工業(yè)機(jī)器人黃金期的到來(lái)。”
 
機(jī)器人聯(lián)合會(huì)統(tǒng)計(jì)數(shù)據(jù)顯示，過(guò)去幾年間，中國(guó)機(jī)器人市場(chǎng)年均增長(zhǎng)率超過(guò)40%，2013年中國(guó)市場(chǎng)共銷售工業(yè)機(jī)器人近37000臺(tái)，約占銷量的五分之一，居*；預(yù)計(jì)在今后2年，中國(guó)市場(chǎng)的需求還會(huì)再翻一倍。
 
據(jù)悉，我國(guó)“十二五”規(guī)劃對(duì)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的發(fā)展提出了更高的要求，柔性化生產(chǎn)、自動(dòng)化、數(shù)字化等為基礎(chǔ)的智能化制造將成為行業(yè)的新標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。預(yù)計(jì)2015年我國(guó)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)固定資產(chǎn)投資達(dá)1000億元，其中對(duì)智能化制造方面的投入將高達(dá)300億元。這將使國(guó)內(nèi)工程機(jī)械行業(yè)的整體智能化制造水平在“十二五”末邁上一個(gè)新臺(tái)階。
 
記者從*了解到，今年上半年，雖然宏觀經(jīng)濟(jì)運(yùn)行出現(xiàn)了一些波動(dòng)，行業(yè)運(yùn)行中也存在貨款回收困難、融資成本上升、訂貨回升不穩(wěn)等不利因素，但機(jī)械工業(yè)總體仍然表現(xiàn)出了“穩(wěn)中有進(jìn)”的較好運(yùn)行態(tài)勢(shì)，越來(lái)越多的企業(yè)將關(guān)注點(diǎn)聚焦在研發(fā)具有競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的產(chǎn)品和拓展服務(wù)領(lǐng)域上，推進(jìn)結(jié)構(gòu)調(diào)整轉(zhuǎn)型升級(jí)的內(nèi)生動(dòng)力在增強(qiáng)。*執(zhí)行副會(huì)長(zhǎng)陳斌表示：“下半年機(jī)械工業(yè)走勢(shì)將基本保持穩(wěn)定，預(yù)計(jì)全年主營(yíng)收入增速在12%左右，利潤(rùn)增速將在15%左右，出口增速將在8%左右。”
