日新發(fā)明的省開煉機的濾膠機,采用雙挽喂料裝置。廣泛用于電纜行業(yè)、再生膠行業(yè)、內胎行業(yè)、膠管行業(yè)、塑膠跑道等橡膠制品廠商?？梢允姑軣挋C混煉好的膠料,無需老工藝經過開煉機出膠條喂入老式濾膠機，可團膠直接喂入雙挽喂料機構。利用螺桿推擠、輸送作用,把混煉膠或再生膠中的雜質清除掉,或擠出片狀或造粒。主要由提升送料機、團膠喂料機構、螺桿、機筒、濾膠機頭(出片機頭、造粒機頭)、自動切膠裝置、溫控系統(tǒng)和傳動裝置等組成。
產品特性:
1、團膠喂料過濾機,喂料效果好,過濾能力強,大大降低了工人的工作強度、降低了投資成本。與老機型相比較,減少了勞動強度、降低了投資成本。
