日新發(fā)明的省開煉機(jī)的濾膠機(jī),采用雙挽喂料裝置。廣泛用于電纜行業(yè)、再生膠行業(yè)、內(nèi)胎行業(yè)、膠管行業(yè)、塑膠跑道等橡膠制品廠商?？梢允姑軣挋C(jī)混煉好的膠料,無需老工藝經(jīng)過開煉機(jī)出膠條喂入老式濾膠機(jī)，可團(tuán)膠直接喂入雙挽喂料機(jī)構(gòu)。利用螺桿推擠、輸送作用,把混煉膠或再生膠中的雜質(zhì)清除掉,或擠出片狀或造粒。主要由提升送料機(jī)、團(tuán)膠喂料機(jī)構(gòu)、螺桿、機(jī)筒、濾膠機(jī)頭(出片機(jī)頭、造粒機(jī)頭)、自動切膠裝置、溫控系統(tǒng)和傳動裝置等組成。
產(chǎn)品特性:
1、團(tuán)膠喂料過濾機(jī),喂料效果好,過濾能力強(qiáng),大大降低了工人的工作強(qiáng)度、降低了投資成本。與老機(jī)型相比較,減少了勞動強(qiáng)度、降低了投資成本。
