4、延輥內(nèi)部流道設(shè)計合理確保輥面溫度均勻,對于不同要求的流延膜可以采用膠輥、風(fēng)刀或者輔以真空、鎖邊等裝置更能提高塑料薄膜的成型效率和質(zhì)量。

5、為解決膜卷有暴筋現(xiàn)象,本設(shè)備還設(shè)有偏擺及張力收卷裝置。
