本機組由多條擠出機、壓光輥、牽引及收卷等裝置組成。用于PPIPS填充材料、玉米淀粉降解材料等的多層共擠片材加工。不同數(shù)量螺桿組合可生產不同層數(shù)的塑料片材，可以實現(xiàn)在一一個塑料制品上具有多種顏色或具有宏觀多組分的目的。

多層共擠復合的作用:通過顏色或透明度不同的樹脂組合起來提高其遮光或透視效果;

通過不同塑料的組合，以利用各塑料特性的綜合效果;將多層中某一層以發(fā)泡或增強的組分代替，使制品的總體強度得到增強;利用多層復合的辦法可以解決層壓或單一-薄膜中的針孔問題;還可以將單層片材中無法回收利用的邊費料重復利用或添加部分填充料達到節(jié)約成本的目的。

The unit consists of several extruders, calender rolls, traction and winding devices. It is used for multi-layer co extrusion sheet material for PPIPS illing material, corn starch degradation material, etc. Different number of screw combinations can produce different layers of plastic sheets, which can achieve the pur pose of having a variety of colors on a plastic product or having a macro multi component.

The effect of multi-layer co extrusion is to improve the shading or perspective effect by combining different resins with different colors or transparencies.

Through the combination of different plastics to make use of the comprehensive effects of the properties of various plastics, the overall strength of the product is enhanced by replacing a layer with foamed orenhanced components in the multilayer, and the problem of the pinholes in laminates or single films can be solved by using the multi-layer composite method; and the single layer sheet can not be recycled. The purpose of cost saving is to reuse or add part of the filling material.
