該機(jī)型主要用于物料的固一液分離。轉(zhuǎn)鼓和螺旋以差速同向高速旋轉(zhuǎn)，物料經(jīng)進(jìn)料管進(jìn)入。在離心力作用下，固相物料沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上形成沉渣層，液相物料形成液相環(huán)由轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁開(kāi)始向內(nèi)依次形成固相層和液相層。螺旋將沉積在轉(zhuǎn)鼓壁上的固相物料連續(xù)不斷的推至轉(zhuǎn)鼓錐端，經(jīng)排渣口排出機(jī)外。液相經(jīng)轉(zhuǎn)鼓大端向心泵排出。

With the centrifugal force, the solid phase materialsdeposit on the bowl wall and form a sediment layer The liquid phase materialsforms a liquid phase ring and a solid phase layer and a liquid phase layer successive-ly from the bowl wall to the inward. The liquid phase then is discharged out throughthe bowl' s centripetal pump at the large end.
