本機(jī)主要適用于石英晶體、光學(xué)水晶、藍(lán)寶石、玻璃等晶片材料的倒邊，通過特殊的間歇機(jī)構(gòu)和可調(diào)的正反運(yùn)轉(zhuǎn)，使水晶片能均勻的加工出高精度的研磨產(chǎn)品。

1 .該機(jī)的離心筒與常規(guī)旋轉(zhuǎn)筒相比，能夠在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)倒斜角，所用的時(shí)間僅為常規(guī)時(shí)間的十分之一。

2.裝載研磨桶的船體由主電機(jī)和變頻器驅(qū)動(dòng)。固定在船體上的筒以同樣的速率公轉(zhuǎn)，研磨筒自轉(zhuǎn)時(shí)在筒內(nèi)產(chǎn)生很強(qiáng)的離心力，因此，內(nèi)部研料和毛坯表面在筒的內(nèi)壁上受到強(qiáng)烈的磨擦，使倒邊在很短的時(shí)間內(nèi)就能完成。而且，由于船體的轉(zhuǎn)速穩(wěn)定，毛坯的受力均勻，可以極大的保證產(chǎn)品的研磨精度。

3.船體自轉(zhuǎn)采用圓弧齒同步帶傳動(dòng)。傳動(dòng)更加精準(zhǔn)，不易失轉(zhuǎn)。

4.船體軸承和主軸軸承均采用進(jìn)口產(chǎn)品。
