滅菌設(shè)備主要為脈動式高壓蒸汽滅菌器（鍋）/脈動高壓滅菌器，是處理過程的關(guān)鍵系統(tǒng)，由硬件和軟件兩部分組成。硬件部分主要是高壓蒸汽滅菌鍋的內(nèi)腔、蒸汽管道、保溫夾套、廢液消毒劑和廢氣處理系統(tǒng)。內(nèi)腔和夾套主要由不銹鋼制成。夾套起到水蒸氣的輔助加熱和保溫作用，軟件部分采用的PLC控制技術(shù)完成全過程的自動控制，并通過人機對話功能設(shè)置溫度、壓力、排氣率和滅菌時間等參數(shù)。

1.進入滅菌階段后，系統(tǒng)自動定時，保證滅菌強度。

2.In 滅菌階段，蒸汽主閥和蒸汽副閥將根據(jù)滅菌罐內(nèi)的實時溫度進行啟閉，一旦滅菌罐內(nèi)溫度低于設(shè)定的滅菌溫度，打開蒸汽副閥進入蒸汽加熱，當滅菌罐內(nèi)溫度低于設(shè)定溫度1°C（可配置）， 打開蒸汽主閥，進入大量蒸汽進行加熱。當滅菌釜內(nèi)溫度高于設(shè)定的滅菌溫度時，蒸汽主閥和副閥關(guān)閉，既保證了滅菌溫度，又避免了溫度過高造成的蒸汽浪費。

3.當滅菌時間達到設(shè)定時間時，系統(tǒng)切換到真空后干燥階段。
