太陽(yáng)的紫外線是導(dǎo)致所有暴露于戶外的產(chǎn)品的材料發(fā)生降解的主要原因。長(zhǎng)崎TK-ZW系列紫外線試驗(yàn)箱可模擬太陽(yáng)光中的紫外線部分，可地模擬太陽(yáng)光中的短波紫外光，即從365納米到太陽(yáng)光截止點(diǎn)295納米的波長(zhǎng)范圍。特別適用于測(cè)試不同種類聚合物和穩(wěn)定劑之間的性能差異。在短短的幾天或幾周內(nèi)，可真實(shí)再現(xiàn)因光照引起的產(chǎn)品材料在幾個(gè)月甚至幾年的戶外使用所岀現(xiàn)的物理性能的老化和破壞!樣品試驗(yàn)的結(jié)果為改良產(chǎn)品品質(zhì)提供了科學(xué)依據(jù)。

2、本機(jī)具有熱沖擊及應(yīng)力模擬功能!在某些實(shí)際應(yīng)用條件下，例如陽(yáng)光下，聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時(shí)，材料的溫度就會(huì)發(fā)生急劇變化，產(chǎn)生熱沖擊，這種熱沖擊對(duì)于許多材料而言是一種考驗(yàn)。本機(jī)采用的德國(guó)“西門子”PLC控制器可自動(dòng)或手動(dòng)程式模擬熱沖擊和應(yīng)力腐蝕工況。
