1、本機(jī)具有潮濕模擬功能，開啟本功能，即可真實的模擬產(chǎn)品試樣在戶外潮濕侵蝕的工況。因為在很多戶外環(huán)境中，產(chǎn)品可能每天的潮濕時間可長達(dá)12小時。研究表明造成這種戶外潮濕的主要因素是露水，而不是雨水。本機(jī)獨(dú)特的加濕器可使試驗箱在較高溫度下保持99%相對濕度，讓水蒸汽連續(xù)不斷地在樣品表面凝結(jié)，來模擬戶外的潮濕侵蝕。真實的再現(xiàn)了試樣使用的各種環(huán)境!從而得到最真實的實驗結(jié)果。

2、本機(jī)具有熱沖擊及應(yīng)力模擬功能!在某些實際應(yīng)用條件下，例如陽光下，聚集的熱量由于突降的陣雨而迅速消散時，材料的溫度就會發(fā)生急劇變化，產(chǎn)生熱沖擊，這種熱沖擊對于許多材料而言是一種考驗。本機(jī)采用的德國“西門子”PLC控制器可自動或手動程式模擬熱沖擊和應(yīng)力腐蝕工況。
