該機(jī)組由二到四條螺桿組成，可實(shí)現(xiàn)2～7層制品需求結(jié)構(gòu)。螺桿由我司自行設(shè)計(jì)，該螺桿具有擠出穩(wěn)定、低剪切熱、塑化好、熔體溫度均勻等特點(diǎn)；同時(shí)具備自然排氣或強(qiáng)制排氣功能，易于將熔融塑化后產(chǎn)生的水蒸氣和霉味自然排出，不影響因材料吸潮產(chǎn)生的霉味而影響制品氣味。

該機(jī)組與傳統(tǒng)片材機(jī)不同：1、可生產(chǎn)多種材料如PP、PS、PLA、PBS、PBAT、碳酸鈣、玉米淀粉、PP半降解等顆粒及其粉碎料生產(chǎn)，實(shí)現(xiàn)一機(jī)多用。2、配有熔體計(jì)量泵，穩(wěn)定擠出量，保證制品克重穩(wěn)定均勻。3、具備自然排氣或強(qiáng)制排氣功能，材料無(wú)須干燥，易于將熔融塑化后產(chǎn)生的水蒸氣和霉味自然排出，不影響因材料吸潮產(chǎn)生的霉味而影響制品氣味4、設(shè)備配有在線測(cè)厚裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)全程質(zhì)量監(jiān)控及品質(zhì)查詢；如果配上自動(dòng)模頭，可實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)調(diào)整厚薄均勻度。5、配置定型裝置，保證制品平整不彎曲，有利于印刷覆膜等工藝要求。6、配置自動(dòng)收卷裝置，實(shí)現(xiàn)自動(dòng)換卷，減輕工人勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度及不必要的材料浪費(fèi)。

The equipment is equipped with an online thickness measurement device to realize the whole process quality monitoring and quality inquiry; If equipped with automatic die, the thickness uniformity can be adjusted automatically. 5. Equipped with shaping device to ensure that the products are flat and not bent, which is conducive to ensuring the process requirements such as printing and lamination. 6. Configure automatic winding device to realize automatic roll change, reduce labor intensity of workers and unnecessary material waste.
